He writes in Bhojpuri and promotes its language and literature. He has received awards like Filmfare and Femina Bhojpuri Icons for his contribution to literature. Manoj has acted in TV shows and movies and has a diploma in theatre acting. He is known for researching and documenting the history of Bhojpuri cinema. His book, Bhojpuri Cinema ke Sansaar, is highly praised. He is passionate about celebrating and preserving Bhojpuri culture through his work.
