Raghav Sharan Sharma

Ghazipur Literature Festival is glad to have Mr. Raghav Sharan Sharma as our esteemed speaker. He is a renowned author, historian and editor whose prolific career spans literature, politics and engineering. Writing in both Hindi and English, he has explored themes from the Ramcharitmanas and ancient Sanskrit literature to modern historical and social issues. His major works include “Ramcharitmanas ke Shastriya Sandarbh”, “Jharkhand Darpan”, “War of Independence through Kisan Documents” and many more. He has edited seminal collections such as the Collected Works of Subhash Chandra Bose and Collolected Works of Jai Prakash Narayan. Based in Varanasi, he combines scholarly insight with journalistic vision, enriching Hindi letters through his deep engagement with history and society.
