Ghazipur Lit Fest presented by Bharat Dialogues is glad to welcome Avinash Das as our esteemed speaker. Avinash Das is an Indian film director, screenwriter, and former journalist. He gained fame with the popular Indian Cinema program, A Cine Bahastalab. His debut Hindi film, Anaarkali of Aarah, received critical acclaim. He directed the Netflix series SHE, along with Runaway Lugaai (MX Player) and Raat Baaki Hai (Zee5). Starting his career at Prabhat Khabar, Avinash also worked with NDTV India and Dainik Bhaskar. He won the Surendra Pratap Singh Award in 2004. His blog, Mohalla Live, is widely popular. In 2014, he shifted focus to filmmaking and also publishes poetry in Jeevan Karza Gadi Hai.
