Ghazipur Lit Fest presented by Bharat Dialogues is glad to welcome Neel Kamal Dogra as our esteemed speaker. Neel Kamal Dogra is a passionate cultural practitioner, theatre artist, and heritage evangelist who left a public sector banking career to fully pursue the arts. With a deep-rooted theatre journey—spanning over two decades with Jan Natya Manch—he’s written, directed, and staged powerful performances in collaboration with institutions like the National Museum, IGNCA, INTACH, and Nehru Memorial. In 2015, he founded Herithart, a dynamic collective fusing heritage, theatre, and art. From immersive heritage walks to school-based cultural workshops, his work bridges history and storytelling. A volunteer guide at the National Museum, he remains a tireless force for cultural education and public engagement.
